Depending on the type of train, on Meridian services the vast majority of bays of seats or tables have power points for mobile phones and laptops, on HST services there are no power points
Standard ticket holders may visit the shop to purchase snacks, meals, and drinks
First Class ticket holders will be offered an at-seat service of complimentary drinks and snacks, and depending on the type of ticket held and time of day either breakfast or dinner
However at weekends it may be necessary to visit the shop to obtain complimentary snacks and drinks
