The Arriva Trains Wales Premier Service, between Holyhead and Cardiff Central Monday to Friday, is the only service to offer First Class
Passengers may upgrade to First Class on payment of a supplement between £30 and £50
 

Reservations are recommended southbound and are mandatory northbound

There is a buffet service offering both hot and cold drinks and snacks

First Class ticket holders are offered a restaurant style at-seat service, which includes either breakfast southbound in the morning, or a three course evening meal northbound in the evening

There are no power points for mobile phones or laptops on these services
